Chambers Hotel Central Park South, Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy

The location is excellent for walking to shows, restaurants and shopping. The hotel has a sophisticated stylish simplicity. The showers are amazing. The mezzanine is quiet and softly lit- a great place for quiet conversation or relaxation. Rooms have everything you need with extra supplies in a cabinet on the mezzanine. Staff is very helpful- they tracked down a lost purse for me once I was able to get hold of them (see below)

A fantastic hotel in a fantastic location! We stayed for 16 nights and it was extremely comfortable. Walking distance to subways and central park, and so much to do and see around it. The rooms were clean and the coffee machine was a great touch. The shower had the most amazing pressure and puts our home shower to shame. Extremely large room for the middle of Manhattan.

We are very happy we selected this hotel! The room was very nice, spacious and with a good bathroom. We enjoyed the chill lounge on the mezzanine level where you can heat and eat breakfast obtained from various deli's around the corner. The location is great, just 2 blocks from central park and right on 5th Avenue. A short walk to the theatre district. Staff is friendly. Room cleaning is not included on multiple day stays but this is OK.

The front desk team was exceptional! I can’t remember the young lady’s name who checked me in and out but she is an amazing. I work in an executive position and I would hire her in a heartbeat. Customer service rockstar. The location was perfect, not too noisy, comfy room, everything is clean, cozy and peaceful. Will definitely be back.

All the staff were great and Natacha the manager especially patient and helpful. The bed and linen were comfortable, decent sized bathroom excellent and the concept of self managing the room and hotel accessories such as water refill, tea, tissues etc is terrific. We really loved the window overlooking 56th Street a bonus.
